摘要
对改良型崇仁麻鸡与优质型崇仁麻鸡的肉质进行了比较研究,结果表明:改良后的崇仁麻鸡,不仅早期生长速度得到了较大提高,而且保持了崇仁麻鸡的肉质优良的特点,与优质型崇仁麻鸡的肉质指标基本一致。
The comparative study on meat quality between quality type and improved type of Chongren chicken was studied .The results showed that the early stage growth rate of the improved type Chongren chicken was high, condulted its meat quality was also very well. The meat quality of improved type Chongren chicken wa s mostly same as the quality type Chongren chicken.
