输尿管镜取石术158例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ureteroscopic Removal of Stones—A Report of 158 Cases

1986年4月～1991年6月我院施行输尿管镜取石术(URS)158例,总成功率81%,近3年成功率94%。本文介绍了输尿管镜操作体会及并发症防治,探讨了输尿管结石的现代治疗方案及输尿管镜技术在输尿管结石治疗中的地位。

158 cases of ureteral stone were treated by ureteroscopic manipulation inour hospital from Apr.1986 to Jun.1991.Total cure rate was 81%,and it became incr-eased to 94% in the recent three years.The operation through ureteroscopy,preventionand management of manipulative complications,and the value of ureteroscopic manipula-tion were discussed.And the current therapy of ureteral stone was also reviewed in thispaper.
