束支传导阻滞患者心室复极时间的判断及 JT 间期的校正

Determination of the Cardiac Repolarization Time and the Correction of the JT Interval in Bundle Branch Block (BBB)

测量了68例完全性右或左束支传导阻滞患者的QT 间期和QRS 波群时间,并与QRS 时间正常的50份心电图对照。结果表明,观察组的校正QT 间期(QTc)较对照组明显延长,而两组之间的校正JT 间期(JTc)却无明显差异,说明束支传导阻滞患者的QT 间期延长是由QRS 波群增宽所致。文章同时着重探讨了JT 间期的校正方法。

The electrocardiograms of 68 patients with complete right or left bundle branch block and 50 electrocardiograms of control subjects were studied to determine the relationship between wide QRS and prolonged QT interval.The QTc interval was signif- icantly prolonged in patients with BBB as compared to the control group,but the JTc interval was not significantly different in BBB groups from the control subjects.The results showed that QT interval prolongstion observed in subjects with BBB can be accounted for the prolonged QRS duration.because the JTc interval has eliminated the influence of the QRS on the repolarization time,it is a better parameter to represent myocardial repolarization time.The equation,JTc=JT/(RR)(1/2)+QRS/(RR)(1/2)-QRS,is a precise formula for the correction of the JT interval for heart rate corresponding with Bazett's formula.
