文章从电子阅览室的文献信息管理、网络信息资源的开发利用、网络信息服务、加强网络资源的建设等方面 ,阐述了电子阅览室的电子文献资源建设与电子文献资源服务。

Based on the management of the electronic reading room,the development and utilization of the network information resource,the service of the network information and the enhancement of the development of network resource,this paper deals with the construction and the service of electronic document resource.
