摘要
通过滦河下游河段水沙条件及平面形态的分析 ,滦河下游河床演变的趋势是河槽萎缩 ,平滩流量下降 ,中小洪水增多 ,河势难以完全控制。总结了护岸丁坝或控导工程的防护效果。已有整治措施对保护滩岸起到了积极作用 ,缩小了主流摆动的范围 ,但在平面布置上需适当加密丁坝工程 ,河势才能得到完全的控制。新建丁坝要求满足治导线的总体规划 ,建议按微弯型河道方案进行设计 ,设计流量 30 0 0m3/s ,主槽宽度为 4 0 0~6 5 0m不等。这样既能发挥现有护岸工程的作用 ,又是一种投资少、见效快的整治方案。
By data analysis of the lower Luanhe River, the paper discussed the tendency of river channel changes and evaluated the prevention effect of the existent control works on the lower Luanhe River. The lower Luanhe river is a slightly sinuous channel, and its prevention measures have reduced the swing scope of river channel and protected river banks. Authors suggest that the lower Luanhe river channel regulation should accord with the slightly sinuous channel, the design dicharge be 3 000m3/s, and the width of main channel be 400~650m. To better control the river regim, some new groins should be constructed.
