论21世纪高校图书馆运行机制新体系的构建

面对21世纪的崭新环境,各行各业都在寻求新的发展机遇并不断调整自身的运行机制。高校图书馆的整体运行机制基本上仍贯彻传统模式的运作体系,极难适应现代市场经济发展的要求,必须对其进行重新构建。文章从"构建图书馆新体系是21世纪的要求""21世纪的知识管理理念对图书馆现行机制的冲击"以及"构建21世纪图书馆运行机制新体系的设想与对策"三个部分作了阐述。

Facing to the new environment of the 21st century, all kinds of profession are all searching for the chance of new development and adjusting their own operating systems constantly. The operating systems, which the libraries of college and university have adopted, basically depend on traditional operating systems. It is very difficult for these libraries to be fit for the demands of the modern market economic development, so they must be set up again. This text makes expounding from three parts: First, it is the demand of the 21st century to set up the new system of the library; Second, the concept of the knowledge management in the 21st century is challenging the operating system of the library; Third, the imagination for setting up the new operating system of the library in the 21st century.
