市场调查是现代企业了解市场行情,制定营销策略的一种重要方法。本文介绍了市场调查的基本步骤、调查方法和抽样方法,分析了网络环境下市场调查的特点,并针对当前的网络市场调查方法,详细指出了其中存在的种种问题。文章的最后提出了在网络环境下进行市场调查的一些新思路和新方法。
Marketing research is an important method for modern companies to collect information of the changing market and to make the correct marketing decision. Here we described the basic steps of performing marketing research, the marketing survey methods, and the sampling methods. We also introduced the characters of marketing survey in a Web environment and pointed out some problems of the current web survey. At last, we proposed some new ideas and new ways of doing marketing survey in the Internet.
