摘要
在对仪器进行校准时 ,往往要知道非典型点的测量数据及其测量不确定度。本文简要介绍了测量不确定度的概念及田口方法的原理 ,着重叙述了在已知典型测量数据的基础上如何利用田口方法推断出参数的校准公式以及相应的测量不确定度 ,本文通过实例验证了其正确性和可行性。
The measuring data and the uncertainty of measurement in full range of calibration item are usually required when instruments are calibrated. In this paper, the concept of uncertainty of measurement and the principle of the Taguchi method are simply introduced. The estimating measurement value and the uncertainty of measurement are deduced with the Taguchi method on the basis of typical measuring data. The process is demonstrated by a sample.
