近两年,中国各大运营商为了满足用户对IP话音、视频等宽带业务的需求,纷纷投入大量资金,利用IP、以太网、xDSL等技术组建宽带IP网络。随着网络规模和用户规模的扩大,宽带通信的服务质量等问题显得越来越重要。通过分析湖南电信IP网络的现状,有针对性地从IP网络的传送层、网络层、管理层及业务层四个层面提出了IP网络的优化策略。

In recent years,to meet the users' requirements for broadband ser-vices such as IP voice and video,local major operators put large investment in the construction of broadband network through IP,Ethernet and xDSL tech-nologies one after another.With the expansion of network and user scale,service quality of broadband communi-cation is becoming more and more im-portant.Through the analysis of the current situation of the IP network of Hunan Telecom,IP network optimiza-tion strategies are put forward from transfer layer,network layer,manage-ment layer and service layer.
