摘要
为生产出甲醛含量低、强度高、成本低和工艺性强的粘结剂,通过改进合成工艺及添加助剂,研制出了一种低游离醛的树脂粘结剂。生产应用结果表明,该树脂粘结剂中甲醛含量可控制在1.8%以下,力学性能完全可以满足生产要求。
Improvement on synthesis process and additives was made to develop a new type of resin binder with low content of formaldehyde,high strength and low costs.Practice results indicated that the content of formaldehyde in resin binder can be controlled less than1.8%and the mechanical properties completely satisfied the requirement of production.
