SX湿式三效除尘机组在合钢烧结厂混料工段的应用

合钢烧结厂混料工段除尘系统处理的含尘气体温度高、湿度大 ,粉尘中生石灰的含量比其它烧结厂高两倍以上 ,极易堵塞风管和设备。在本次除尘系统的改造中 ,采用了湿式三效除尘机组 ,并在管道内设置了水洗装置 。
