摘要
介绍了我厂降低烧结矿FeO攻关实践所取得的效果 ,从提高焦粉破碎粒度合格率 ,降低焦粉配比 ,采用焦粉二次添加与低温厚料层烧结工艺生产高碱度烧结矿等方面论述了降低烧结矿FeO的措施 ,并指出了今后的努力方向。
In this paper,the efforts of decreasing sinter FeO content conducted by NANGANG sintering plant were presented The measures for decreasing sinter FeO content such as increasing the percentage of passing partical size of crushed coke breeze,decreasing coke breeze proportion, using divided coke addition process and lower temperature higher bed depth sintering process to produce high basicity sinter etc ,were described The direction of further effort was also pointed out
