摘要
为了解决风神蓝鸟EQ7200-Ⅱ轿车发动机罩锁扣合不良的问题,用排查法确定了产生问题的工位,分析其发生机理,确定散热器支架下挠变形是发动机罩锁扣合不良的直接原因。采用改进措施后取得明显效果,从而解决了这一长期困扰EQ7200-Ⅱ轿车整车质量的疑难工艺问题。
In order to solve the problem of bad engine hood latch of Bluebird EQ7200-II car,exclusive method was employed to determine the place of problem.It was found that the sinking deformation of radiator support was the immediate cause for bad hood latch.Some modifications were made and this key problem influencing whole quality of EQ7200-II car for a long time was solved.
