摘要
在实验室条件下 ,利用圆盘造球机配制的复合球团 ,进行了不同焙烧温度、不同焙烧时间、不同煤粉配比的半金属化球团试验。试验结果表明 ,内配 15 %的烟煤 ,在还原温度为 10 5 0℃、高温还原时间 90min的条件下 ,复合球团的铁品位能达到 68%以上。
The laboratory tests were carried out over the semi metallized pellet under different indurating times,indurating temperatures,coal proportion rates The results had shown that the iron content of the semi metallized pellet could reach to 68% by adopting following parameters:15% bituminous coal,1050?℃ reduction temperature,90?minutes reduction time
