As an important component of modern economic core, capital market reflects the advanced operational and organizational patterns of the law of socialized production, and represents the requirements of the advanced productivity development under socialist market economy. It plays an essential role in pushing the reform in state-owned enterprises, improving the social security system, adjusting economic structures, accumulating social funds and promoting the development of regional economy. The paper analyzes the effects of capital market on promoting Jiaxing's economy and the status quo of listed companies in Jiaxing, and discusses how to enlarge and strengthen Jiaxing board.
