本文阐述了知识管理的内涵与特征,结合数字图书馆的建设,运用知识管理的理念,树立大服务的、人本性的、前瞻性的理念。
This paper expounds contents and characteristic of knowledge management. In digital library buildings, we use the ideas of knovvledge management and substantiate ideas of service, kindness and prospects.
