摘要
全开架借阅管理是方便读者,提高服务质量的重要举措,是图书馆发展史上的一大飞跃。文章针对当前图书馆全开架借阅管理中存在的乱架、遗失、损坏、浪费读者时间等问题,结合本馆开架管理实践,分析指出“加强库内指导”是提高开架服务质量的关键。
The complete-open lending service is to benefit readers and improve the service, which is a great leap in library work. But problems occur with the new practice, such as disorder in arrangement, destroy of books, and waste of time.The article points out that a good guide service inside the book storehouse is a critical and efficient measure to solve questions mentioned above.
