温州打火机行业因没有实施“品牌战略”而陷入了困境。我国中小型企业的“品牌战略”为 :行业中领头羊企业打造自己的品牌 ;专业市场实行企业化改造 ,打造市场统一的品牌 ;
The lighter profession of Wen zhou has fallen into a difficult condition because of not implement 'brand strategy'. The trademark strategy of the china's small and medium sized enterprisrs shoud be that the bellwether hits to buiding own brand and the Professional market hits to building on unified brand. The substance of 'beand strategy' is to reinforce the enterprise standardize management.
