为了实现高效、低成本生产,宝钢以高煤比操作为核心,从稳定炉况、优化生产操作、降低燃料消耗、 减少休风率和降低高炉长寿维护成本等多方面进行了实践探索,取得了显著成效。
In order to increase the productivity and lower production cost for Bao Steel's blast furnaces, a series of technological measures have been taken, such as stabilizing and optimizing blast furnace operation, lowering fuel rates, reducing shut - down time, decreasing maintenance cost for longer campaign life, etc. Among them, high coal rate operation is the key point. These measures have brought about obvious benefits for the corporation.
