对于近年来我国房地产开发出现明显过热现象 ,提出了以调整税费政策为核心 ,辅以控制高价房贷款规模 ,建立市场信息平台 。

During the period of 'the 9 th Five Year Plan',the real estate policies helped to effectively nourish a consumer market for housing.But during recent years housing industry began to show clear symptoms of overdevelopment,thus effective measures must be adopted to modulate this situation.To ensure the smooth development of housing industry,the government should focus on the tax and fee reformation,with supplement measures on the control of loan scale over expensive houses,on the establishment of a market information platform,and on the strengthening of administration on land supply.
