Attaching Much Weight to the Property Right of Labor Force in Enterprise

在社会主义市场经济条件下劳动力仍具商品属性 ,劳动力产权理应归劳动者个人所有。劳动者把劳动力作为一种资产投入企业 ,除了要收回成本 (劳动力价值 )外 ,还必须有投资回报 ,即分享企业剩余劳动成果。把企业利润一部分转化为劳动力产权收益 。

Under the condition of socialist market economy,labor force still has its goods attribute and its property right belongs to the individual laborer.A laborer invests his labor force as property in the enterprise,therefore,he should have the reward of investment besides cost recovering (the value of labor force),that is,he should have a share in surplus fruit of labor.Turning a part of an enterprise's profit into the profit of the property right of labor force contributes to establishing the master's position of the laborers in an enterprise.
