燃煤工业锅炉无烟燃烧机理及试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 实际应用表明对于普通层燃锅炉采用“煤气化—无烟燃烧技术”——即采用“薄煤层低风速气化”及在煤层上部空间采用“多孔分层错列射流式”二次风组织燃烧,可实现煤的高效、低污染燃烧。通过对同一台“0.5t/h立式锅炉”的煤气化—无烟手烧和普通燃烧两种运行方式的对比性试验,结果表明,采用煤气化—无烟燃烧方式可使锅炉热效率提高10个百分点且具有相当高的炉内自除尘效率,其相对除尘效率高达96.09%,从而与普通的手烧炉的黑烟滚滚状况形成了鲜明的对比,也为燃煤工业锅炉闯出了一条新路。 Practical application shows that a coal gasification-smokeless combustion technology can be used to realize the coal combustion with a high efficiency and low pollution in a common used layer coal-fired industrial boilers. The technology consists of a thin coal bed gasification with a lower-speed primary air and a secondary air from a multi-orifices and multi-stages jet stagger-arranged in upper furnace to provide the space combustion. An experiment for comparing such a new fashion combustion with the traditional hand-operated combustion boiler has been made at the same boiler of 0.5t/h capacity resulting in that the new fashion promotes the thermal efficiency as much as 10%, and the relative inner collection efficiency for solids in furnace reaches 96.9%, and presents a striking contrast with the bellowing smoke status of the hand-fired fashion, and after all, provides a new path to develop the coal-fired industrial boiler design.
