我国第三方教育评估机构的资质认证现状与标准

我国第三方教育评估机构的发展目前处于起步阶段,其权威性和公信力还得不到保障,评估的结果很难得到社会的认同。为推进第三方教育评估的发展,政府亟须建立一套科学、公平、公正的准入机制和市场竞争机制。分析当前我国第三方教育评估行业的认证情况,借鉴美国、英国和法国对第三方教育评估机构的认证与管理经验,要想促进我国第三方教育评估机构的发展,就要健全教育评估领域法律法规,成立第三方教育评估管理机构与评估行业社会组织,明确第三方教育评估机构及其人员的准入资格,并在行业内外营造开放的市场竞争机制,让社会科学合理地向第三方教育评估机构购买服务。

The development of China’s third-party education evaluation agencies is currently in its infancy,and its authority and credibility are still not be guaranteed. The results of the assessment are difficult to get social recognition. In order to promote the development of third-party education assessment,the government need to establish a scientific,fair and just access mechanism and market competition mechanism. Analyze the current certification status of China’s third-party education evaluation industry and learn from the certification and management experience of third-party education evaluation agencies in the United States,Britain and France. To promote the development of third-party education evaluation agencies in China,it is necessary to amplify the laws and regulations in the field of education evaluation,establish a third-party education evaluation management organization and industry assessment social organization,clarify the access qualifications of third-party education evaluation agencies and their personnel,and create an open market competition mechanism inside and outside the industry,so that social people can scientifically and reasonably purchase service from third-party education evaluation agencies.
