摘要
对电线电缆20℃导体最大电阻测量的数学模型进行不确定度的影响因素分析。在采用电流换向法消除一部分的测量误差后,用数学统计方法评定出测试过程中由重复性测量引起不确定度分量。并运用仪器校准证书中的信息及运用内插法对其设备不确定度分量进行确定,最后按JJF1059评定出测量结果的不确定度,给出完整的检测报告。
An analysis of influencing factors on the mathematical models in terms of uncertainty when measuring 20℃ conductors' maximum electric resistance for electric wires and cables. After eliminating certain measurement deviations by using a current of commutation method, a mathematical statistics method shall be used to assess the amount of the indeterminacy which is caused by repetitious measurements during the measuring process. In the meantime, the standards in the Instrument Calibration certificate and a interpolation method shall be used to determine the amount of the indeterminacy. Eventually a completed inspection report according to JJF1059, based on the amount of the indeterminacy of the measurement result, shall be issued.
