摘要
在我国城市经济飞速发展的同时,不断增加的人口与有限的用地资源间的矛盾越发凸显,近年来房地产项目逐渐转向城郊坡地发展。本文以中山又一城为例,从小区的布局、道路规划、竖向设计、山景的利用、环境保护、宜人尺度环境的营造等方面来论述坡地建筑设计。
Contradiction between the ever-increasing population and limited land resources becomes more prominent with the rapid development of city's economic in China, and the development of real estate projects in recent years gradually shift to the suburban slopes. In this paper, taking the Project of Zhongshan Youyicheng project as an example, discussed sloping architectural design from aspects of cell layout, road planning, vertical design, the use of mountain, environmental protection, to create a pleasant scale environmental.
