摘要
水喷雾灭火系统保护对象主要为火灾危险性大,火灾扑救难度大的专用设施或设备。它不仅可以扑救固体火灾,尚可扑救闪点高于60℃的液体火灾和电气火灾。并且安全可靠,经济实用,造价低廉,具有适用范围广,有利于环保,灭火效率高的优点。水喷雾系统不仅可以用于灭火,而且可用于控火和防护冷却。由于具备以上特点,水喷雾系统在世界工业发达国家应用很普遍,尤其在工业领域中的石化、电力和交通等行业获得了十分广泛的应用。本文结合某变电站内220kV油浸式电力变压器消防系统设计,同时分析了油浸式电力变压器的火灾原因,详细阐述了水喷雾灭火系统的机理及消防防护原理和方法,并详细介绍了该工程消防设计的特点。
Water Spray Fire Extinguishing System aims to protect special facilities or equipments which have higher risk of fire. Not only it can put out solid fire, but also works effectively against liquid fire and electrical fire, the flash point of which are over 60℃. It's safe and reliable, economical and practical, cost effective, extensively applicable, environment friendly and high efficiency of fire extinguishing. Moreover, the system does not merely extinguish fire, but also works as fire control and cooling protection. Because of the above listed features of the system, it is used widely among industrialized countries in the world, especially in fields such as oil and gas industry, electric power industry and traffic industry. Based on the example of the 220KV oil-immersed power transformer fire-extinguisher system designing, this paper explains the principle and methodology of the protection of the system, detailing the features of the engineering design of the system.
