摘要
建筑物外墙出现裂缝,原因是多种多样的,特别是出现在量大面广的采用天然地基基础的中、小型别墅楼外墙面时,人们往往首先怀疑是基础沉降不均匀引起的。本文结合某工程实例,进行了详细的理论计算,分析得出多数外墙裂缝的主要原因是因气温温度影响、施工方法与工艺的不正确、结构布置不合理等引起的。
