Some Ideas on the Properly Handling Group Complaints of Residential Construction Quality

建设工程质量,特别是住宅工程质量,关系人民群众切身利益,更事关社会和谐稳定,各级政府和部门一直将其作为头等大事来抓。随着经济的发展,人民群众的维权意识显著提高,群众的投诉容易形成社会的焦点。新形势下,住宅工程质量群访群诉呈上升趋势,质量问题已超越技术层面演化为社会问题,完全解决十分困难。本文对群访群诉产生原因和处理对策进行分析探讨。

Construction engineering quality, especially the quality of residential projects, are the relationship between the people's vital interests, is more related to social harmony and stability, governments at all levels and departments have been as top priority to grasp. With the development of economy, people's rights awareness significantly improved, the masses of complaints is easy to form the focus of the society. Under the new situation, the residential project quality group complaints shows ascendant trend, quality problems have been beyond the technical level of evolution as a social problem. It is very difficult to completely solve the problem. In this paper, reasons and countermeasures of the group complaints are discussed.
