摘要
某工程开挖深基坑,旁边紧邻一栋四层混凝土框架结构的幼儿园,为保证幼儿园的安全使用,并考虑基础加固的经济适用性,在基坑开挖前,采用钢管桩与锚杆静压桩相结合的方式对原有基础进行托换。该方法把既有建筑物的荷载传递到比基础更深的持力层上,主动卸载掉既有建筑物施加在基坑边坡上的荷载,不但能保证既有建筑物的安全,又能保证基坑边坡的稳定。
One project of deep foundation pit which is next to a four-floor concrete frame structure will be excavated. In order to ensure the safety of the use of the kindergarten, and consider the applicability of the economic of the foundation reinforcement, before the excavation, we use a method of combining the steel-pipe pile and the anchor jacked pile to underpinning the original foundation. The method transfers the load of existing building to deeper supporting course than the original foundation, and uninstalls the load of existing building applying on the foundation pit slope actively. It can not only ensure the safety of the buildings, but also ensure the stability of foundation pit slope.
