摘要
新拌混凝土的泌水对施工后期结构的强度、耐久性的影响容易被人忽视,同时新拌混凝土的泌水也比较难检测。本文结合实际工程案例与实验室研究提出一种新的泌水检测方法,设定8种不同配比的混凝土,检测不同配比的混凝土在常规方法下测的的最终泌水量,同时检测在U型振动箱中经过振动通过两种钢筋格栅后的泌水量,根据这两种泌水量的关系来预测实际施工中混凝土的泌水量。
The effect on the strength of post-construction, durability by bleeding of fresh concrete easily is overlooked, and the bleeding of fresh concrete is also more difficult to detect. Combining with practical engineering and laboratory case study,a new method to detect bleeding is put forward in this paper. The final bleeding capacities of 8 series of concrete were detected by the standard method and in the U-shaped filling box with two types of obstacles. According to the relationship between the two bleeding, the final bleeding capacity in actual construction is predicted.
