钢筋混凝土预制柱在逆作法项目中的应用

The Application of Precast Reinforced Concrete Column in Top-Down Method Project

逆作法施工在城市地下空间开发中不断应用,地下室逆作法施工时,其中中间支承柱的施工是非常关键的一个环节,中间支承柱一般结合工程桩、结构柱进行施工,比较常用的钢管混凝土柱。佳得鑫水晶城对裙楼部分的中间支承柱采用钢筋混凝土预制柱,具有成本较低,质量可控的特点,供类似工程借鉴应用。

The top-down construction is constantly applied in city underground space development. The construction of the intermediate supporting pile is a key step in basement top-down construction method, and the middle support column is constructed generally combining engineering pile and structure column, and the steel tube concrete column was used commonly. Precast Reinforced Concrete Columns were used in the podium buildings of Jiadexin Crystal City as intermediate supporting piles, with the advantages as low cost and quality control. This paper may be a reference for similar engineering application.
