摘要
市政基础设施工程多由政府投资,但是自立项到验收的过程中,存在诸多的问题,涉及到用地、工程报建、建设管理、工程建设周期、竣工验收等方面。造成这种局面的因素繁多,情形复杂。而要解决,亦殊非易事。
Municipal infrastructure engineering is multi invested by the government, but independence to the acceptance process, there are many problems, related to land, construction project application, construction management, construction period, completion acceptance. There are many factors causing this situation, and the situation is complicated. And it is not easy to solve them.
