浅谈当前房屋市政工程质量安全管理中存在的若干问题和对策措施

Talking About Some Problems and Countermeasures In the Quality and Safety Management of the Housing and Municipal Engineering

建筑行业是一个比较复杂的系统工程,具有周期长、范围广、系统性强,露天作业、高空作业多等特点,并且在施工过程中,存在很多的不可控因素,这些都为房屋市政工程的质量安全管理提出了更高的要求。同时,在我国建筑业的管理体制中还存在不少弊端,工程建设领域中管理混乱、质量低劣、安全事故频发等现象还很严重。质量和安全是建筑业永恒的话题,是百年大计的事,直接关系到人民的生命财产安全。本文结果笔者工作经历,指出当前房屋市政工程质量安全管理中存在的突出问题,并提出相应的对策。

The construction industry is a complicated system engineering, which is long, wide and strong system, open, aloft,and other characteristics. And in the construction process, there are many uncontrollable factors, which put forward higher requirements for the quality safety management of municipal housing project. At the same time, there are still a lot of drawbacks in the management system of China's construction industry. In the field of construction management confusion,poor quality, safety accidents and other phenomena are still very serious. Quality and safety is the eternal topic in the construction industry, is a long-term thing, is directly related to people's life and property safety. With the author's work experience, it pointed out that the current housing and municipal engineering quality and safety management in the outstanding problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
