目前我国正处于城镇化高速发展阶段,工程建设规模越来越大,施工技术、工艺和设备越来越复杂,施工管理难度越来越高,施工安全日益成为社会舆论关注的热点。各类建筑起重机械近年来得到广泛使用,但由于各种主客观原因,在施工过程中各类事故时有发生,甚至酿成重大人员伤亡事故,给施工企业的正常经营带来巨大的风险,并造成严重的社会不良影响。因此建立建筑起重机械安全监控系统,将起重机械现场管控、预防报警与远程监控管理平台无缝融合,及时有效地预警各种安全隐患、制约处罚违规操作,切实防范和减少建筑机械安全事故,已是势在必行。
