摘要
我国社会经济的发展促进了建筑行业的迅速发展,随着可持续发展观念和节能环保观念的提出,建筑发展过程中也开始重视绿色施工理念。建筑工程的管理过程中,实施项目管理具有重要的作用。随着建筑项目管理经验的不断增多,对绿色施工理念具有更加深刻的理解。推行绿色施工,是一件功在当代利在千秋的长远战略工程,既有现实意义,又有长远的历史意义。广州市住建委在"绿色施工"进程中扮演着"传感器"与"助推器"的角色,始终围绕着"把向、协调、统筹"卯足劲往前行。随着社会经济的发展,能源消耗问题日益突出,绿色施工作为建筑全寿命周期中的一个重要阶段,是实现建筑领域资源节约和节能减排的关键环节。绿色施工技术通过以工程项目为载体的实际应用,在保证工程项目质量、安全等基本要求的前提下,通过科学管理和运用先进技术,最大限度地节约资源与减少对环境的负面影响,取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。本文通过对工程环境特点和施工工况的详细分析,进行绿色施工方案策划,并在施工过程中通过比较,不断优化,取得了良好的效果。另外,绿色施工技术在本工程的成功应用,将有助于建立地方性建筑工程绿色施工规范或标准,对促进绿色施工的发展作贡献。
The development of China's social economy has promoted the rapid development of the construction industry. With the concept of sustainable development and the concept of energy saving and environmental protection, the concept of green construction has been very important in the process of building development. In the management of construction project, the implementation of project management has an important role. With the increasing of construction project management experience, the concept of green construction has a more profound understanding. The implementation of green construction is a power in the contemporary era and in the future generations of long-term strategic project, both have practical significance,and long-term historical significance. Guangzhou City Residential Project Construction Committee in the process of 'green construction' plays the role of the 'sensor' and 'booster', always around 'the direction, coordination and plan as a whole' mustering the strength to move forward.With the development of social economy, the problem of energy consumption is becoming more and more prominent.Green construction is an important stage in the whole life cycle, and it is the key link to realize the resource saving and energy saving and emission reduction in the construction field. Green construction technology through to the project for the practical application of the carrier, under the precondition of ensuring the project quality, safety and other basic requirements,through the scientific management and use of advanced technology, maximize resource conservation and reduce the negative impact on the environment, and achieved certain social and economic benefits. In this paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of the engineering environment and construction conditions, the green construction scheme planning, and in the construction process through the comparison, continuous optimization, and achieved good results. In addition, the successful application of green construction technology in this project will help to establish the local construction project green standard or standard, to promote the development of green construction.
