目前,工程项目管理人员不到位的现象普遍存在。为深入开展我区工程质量治理两年行动,我局采用多种措施加强建筑工程项目管理人员到岗履责,形成一套较为完善的机制。对遏制建筑施工违法发包、转包、违法分包及挂靠等违法行为多发势头,发挥监理单位作用,提高工程质量安全管理水平起到积极作用。
