摘要 目前,工程项目管理人员不到位的现象普遍存在。为深入开展我区工程质量治理两年行动,我局采用多种措施加强建筑工程项目管理人员到岗履责,形成一套较为完善的机制。对遏制建筑施工违法发包、转包、违法分包及挂靠等违法行为多发势头,发挥监理单位作用,提高工程质量安全管理水平起到积极作用。 At present, the phenomenon of the project management personnel not in place is widespread. In order to carry out the project quality management in our district for two years, we use various measures to strengthen the construction project management personnel to the post responsibility, formed the formation of a more perfect mechanism. It has played a positive role to curb illegal multiple momentum such as construction illegal contracting, subcontracting, illegal subcontracting and link it etc. and to play function of supervision units, and to improve the level of safety management of engineering quality.
