摘要
"互联网+"席卷各行各业的同时也为造价咨询市场带来新一轮变革,基于互联网平台定价、委托方补贴和互联网平台接受度等新型参数变化趋势,本文考察造价咨询企业、造价员和互联网平台多方收益相互交错影响作用,逐步构建传统造价咨询市场收益平衡、互联网平台开放下造价咨询市场收益平衡和优化三种层次模型。优化推导过程及结果表明:(1)互联网开放将有助于造价咨询进一步市场化;(2)当委托方对互联网平台接受程度较低时,互联网平台只有通过不断增加委托方补贴和加大造价咨询服务力度来扩大需求;(3)当委托方对互联网平台接受程度较高时,互联网平台自身就有盈利空间;(4)不同收费方式将会影响造价咨询企业和互联网平台之间的利益分配。
'Internet+''s acrossing all walks of life brought a new round of reform for the cost consulting market. With the new parameters of internet platform price、the subsidy to client and acceptance of the Internet platform, the profits of cost consulting company、cost engineer and Internet platform influence each other to build benefits equilibrium model of basic cost consulting market、benefits equilibrium and optimal model of cost consulting market with Internet platform. The results derived from the model as follows: 1.the Internet will help to open further market-oriented cost consulting; 2.when client has a low acceptance of internet platform, the only thing internet platform will do to increase the demand quantity is increasing their subsidy to client; 3.when client has a high acceptance of Internet platform, Internet platform can earn its profit; 4.the different way of distribution of profit play an important role between the cost consulting company and Internet platform.
