地下室楼盖选型分析与对比

摘要 随着社会的发展,地上空间已经不能满足人们日常生活的需求,多层地下室的出现,为人们提供了更多的使用空间。地下室楼盖的结构形式直接影响整个地下室的总体造价。本文以一工程实例表明:对于荷载较大的地下室顶板及人防顶板,采用无梁楼盖形式优于梁板结构;对于荷载较小的负一层楼板,采用单向板方式材料最省,无梁楼盖次之,但两者相差不大,综合考虑无梁楼盖形式能有效的减小地下室层高,从而减少土方开挖、抗浮构件等的工程造价,无梁楼盖形式仍优于梁板结构。 With the rapid development of the society, multi-storey basement structures are more and more popular in recent years, the floor structural systems of the basement directly affect the whole project cost and construction time. In this paper,the selection of the basement floor structural systems and their economy were analyzed and compared through a typical actual engineering project. The results show that, for ordinary basement floor carrying large load and civil air-defense basement floor, using flat floor structure is better than beam-slab structure; For the negative one-storey floor, of which the loads it carried are always small, using one-way slab structure is slightly better than flat slab system in saving material, while considering the flat slab system can effectively reduce the basement depth, thus reduce the engineering cost of excavation,anti-floating components and so on, flab slab floor system is still optimal than beam-slab structure.
