摘要
本文以已有混凝土预制拼装空心桥墩试件的试验结果为依托,针对其在水平荷载作用下,墩底截面处无普通钢筋穿过的素混凝土受弯开裂破坏形式,进行设计方案改进。以提高薄弱截面处的配筋率为出发点,提出了两种优化方案,增设内部钢筋和增加键位高度。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对方案改进后的构件进行各阶段承载力计算,对比分析了改进方案与原设计方案的计算结果。结果表明,两种改进方案均对预制拼装桥墩的抗弯承载力有较大提升。
Based on the segme ntal precast concrete pier model experiment phenomena, which shows the plain concrete section in the bottom of the pier was the failure surface, the design scheme need to be improved. For the reinforcement ratio increase of the failure section, two improved scheme, increase the longitudinal reinforcement and heighten the shear-keys were proposed. Through the bearing capacity analysis by ABAQUS, the finite element calculation result shows the two improved scheme flexural capacity all get improved.
