摘要
优秀的近代历史建筑具有历史、艺术、科学价值,标志城市发展的进程。本文对汕头某近代历史建筑进行鉴定,采用破损与非破损相结合的方法,包括混凝土中氯离子含量、混凝土表面渗水性检测,按《房屋完损等级评定标准》综合评判。在鉴定基础上,结合该建筑的现状,提出加固修复建议及方案,供同类工程参考。
Excellent modern historical buildings have historical, artistic and scientific values, marking the process of urban development. In this paper, a modern historical building in Shantou is appraise, and the method of combining damage and non breakage is used, including the content of chloride ion in concrete and the surface seepage test of concrete, and the comprehensive evaluation is made according to the standard of evaluation of the grade of housing loss. On the basis of appraisal, combined with the present situation of the building, suggestions and schemes for reinforcement and restoration are put forward for reference for similar projects.
