基于BIM的EPC工程信息传递效率实证分析

摘要 BIM对于提高工程项目信息管理效率有重要的意义。本文选取一个典型的EPC模式案例,分析其组织形式、信息协同流程、合同关系等特征,运用社会网络分析法进行信息传递效率研究。结果表明,应用BIM的EPC模式对工程信息传递效率提升了27.2%;由于组织架构的变化减少了17.1%的信息传递距离;信息协同使各参与方信息交互程度提高了52.7%。 BIM is of great significance for improving the efficiency of information management in engineering projects. This paper selects a typical case of EPC mode, analyzes its organizational form, information synergy process, contractual relationship and other characteristics, and uses social network analysis method to conduct information transmission efficiency research. The results show that the efficiency of engineering information transfer is increased by 27.2% by applying the BIM,and the change of organizational structure has reduced the distance of information transmission by 17.1%. Information synergy has increased the information interaction level of participants by 52.7%. The improvement of the efficiency of information transfer also affects the duration, cost and quality of the project accordingly.
