摘要
从家族企业的特点出发,分析了家族企业的核心竞争力的表现,并结合当前家族企业发展环境,从实用性的角度提出了培养家族企业核心竞争力的具体措施和应该注意的问题。
About 40 percent of the global top 500 enterprises are owned or operated by family.Family enterprise core competiotion determines the vitality of the family enterprise.From the character of family enterprise, this paper analyzed the acquit of enterprise family core competiotion,according to its surrounding and from the perspective of practicality.this paper brings forward detailed or casures and some problems needed to be cautioned.
