通过建立供应链管理协调机制的基础模型和一般模型,论述了供应链管理协调机制的4个层次,阐明了实现供应链协调发展并达成供应链决策目标的两条路径,即内向路径和外向路径。

Coordination is the key and difficult subject of supply chain management theory.This study try to build a basic model and a general model of coordination mechanism of supply chain management.The coordination mechanism model of supply chain management can be divided four levels.They are the level of objects of supply chain decisions, the level of management decisions of supply chain, the level of basic mechanisms, and the level of interior coordination mechanism.There are two ways to the objects of supply chain decisions, the inbound way and the outbound way. As a operational model of supply chain,this model is of important theoretical significance and application.
