摘要
产业结构的调整,必然要求人才在各产业重新配置。分析了我国产业人才结构的特点,揭示了我国人才在产业分布上的结构性矛盾,以期为适应产业结构优化和升级而重构人才结构提供依据。
It is necessary to redistribute the personnel according with the adjustment to industrial struc-ture.This article illuminates the structural contradiction in the industrial location of personnel by analysing the characteristic of personnel structure in China, and provides the foundation to reestablish the personnel structure in order to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure.
