摘要
以D 半乳糖致衰小鼠为研究对象 ,灌服火麻仁提取液 6 0d ,测定对小鼠学习记忆能力、免疫器官质量和脂质过氧化的影响 .结果发现 ,火麻仁提取液 (2 0 g·kg- 1)对小鼠学习记忆有一定的改善作用 ,能显著增加致衰小鼠的脾指数 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,并且显著降低脑组织中丙二醛的质量摩尔浓度 (P <0 .0 5 ) .
The extracts of Fructus cannabis (ig,60 d)could improve the learning and memory capacity of the subacute senile mouse models induced by the injection of D galactose subcutaneously. At the same time, it not only significantly increases index of spleen( P <0 001),but also lessens the level of malondialdehyde in brain of mice( P <0.05).
