旋转式铁谱仪制得谱片上磨屑沉积规律的研究 被引量:2

摘要 从KTP-1型旋转式铁谱仪中磨屑沉积的基本原理出发,通过对制谱时谱片上油样中磨屑的运动学和动力学分析,利用流体力学、电磁学、理论力学等的相关理论和方法,推出了一定尺寸磨屑在谱片上沉积位置的理论表达式及等几率沉积的结论,作为定性铁谱分析中,确定谱片上磨屑沉积位置的理论依据。 By analysis to kinematics and dynamics of debris in sampling oil on ferrogram made by Model KTP-1 rotary ferrographic instrument, the theoretic formula of debris sedimentation position on ferrogram was deduced by hydrodynamics, electromagnetics, theoretic mechanics and so on. By analysis to this formula, the concept of the same sedimentation possibility was established.
