摘要
运用灰色系统理论,采用GM(1,1)直接建模预测法,对离子镀(Ti,Cr)N、TiN、CrN膜层的摩擦学性能进行了分析和预测。结果表明,对膜层摩擦学性能采用灰色理论进行分析与预测,可预测不同影响因素下膜层的摩擦系数和磨损率,其误差较小;能为膜层设计和工程实际使用提供指导依据。
Applying the grey system theory and the method of GM( 1,1), the tribological behaviors of (Ti, Cr) N, TiN and CrN films were predicted. The reseach results indicated that the error is smaller, using the method of GM(1,1) to forecast the frictional coefficients and the wear rates of the film under different influence factors. The predicted datum may instruct the design and use of the films in engineerings.
