磨削液磨削加工特性的研究

Study on Grinding Processing Characteristic of Grinding Fluids

磨削液具有冷却、润滑、清洗、防锈等功能。本文研究了三种磨削液对磨削力、金属磨除率、表面粗糙度和烧伤程度的影响。结果表明,没有一种磨削液能够使各种指标均达到最佳值。因此,必须根据具体的磨削工艺要求选用相应的磨削液及供液方法。

Grinding fluids have the functions of cooling, lubrication, cleaning, and rust prevention in grinding process. The Influence of three grinding fluids on grinding force, metal material removal rate, surface roughness of ground workpiece, and the extent of grinding bum were investigated in this paper. The results shown that these fluids could not let the all index above mentioned to reach the best value. So it is important to select the grinding fluids and its feeding method according grinding technology.
