摘要
基于内模控制原理,针对一大类开环稳定的最小和非最小相位系统,给出了一种PID控制器的参数整定新方法,推广了已有的结果。新的整定方法分别应用于电厂煤粉炉主汽温串级控制系统、流化床锅炉床温控制系统和床压控制系统的仿真研究,与Zieger-Nichos法和Cohen-Coon法的对比结果均表明:所整定的PID控制系统具有更好的调节品质,在系统特性变化的情况下具有更强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。
Based on internal model control principle, a new PID arguments tuning method is presented for the open-loop stable minimun and non-minimun phrase time delay system. The computer simulation results of the steam temperature control system of the coal-fired boiler and the pressurized fluidized-bed boilers, and of the pressure control system of the circulating fluidized-bed boilers are compared to those by Zieger-Nichos method and Cohen-Coon method. The results show that PID controller tuned by the new method is superior to the general tuning method in the control quality, roubustness and resist disturbance capability.
