农网改造评价指标的非线性优选组合预测模型

Forecast model of evaluation index based on nonlinear combined optimization inrural power net improvement

为解决多项目评价中指标的自适应预测问题,采用定量趋势分析与定性趋势分析相结合的方法确定模型群,建立了一套适用于众多农网项目综合评价的优选组合预测模型。试用结果表明,模型的预测精度和通用性良好。

This article presents the models through quantitative and qualitative trend analyses. A forecast model based on combined optimization is proposed. It is suitable to the comprehensive evaluation of the rural power net projects to solve the self-adaptive forecast issue of the index in multi-projects evaluation.
